The Matthias Harvye House is a 300+ year old private residential enclave. To retain the historic intrigue that only generations of living past can provide, we've created this blog as a way to open the property without infringement on our privacy. The main home and outbuildings date to 1709. To put time into perspective, the Battle of Trenton where General Washington led his troops across the icy Delaware River took place on December 26, 1776. The solidity of these stone structures have withstood two centuries of progress. We ushered in a third century in 2009.

Nice info. about the house. I like the beautiful nature around the house. By mistake you have mentioned the date as Tuesday, June 15, 2010 for Circa 1709.
